By accessing or using QuickCover, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this service.

Description of Service

QuickCover is an AI-powered platform that generates personalized cover letters based on your resume and job postings. We offer both free and paid subscription tiers with varying features and usage limits.

User Accounts

To use certain features of our service, you must:

• Create an account with accurate and complete information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Be at least 13 years of age
• Promptly update any changes to your account information
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password. We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these terms.

Subscription and Payment

Our service offers free and paid subscription tiers:

• Free Plan: Limited to 10 generations every 4 hours for registered users, or 1 generation for guest users
• Pro Monthly: $3.99/month with 20 generations every 2 hours and additional features
• Pro Lifetime: $12.99 one-time payment for lifetime access to Pro features

All payments are processed securely through Stripe. Monthly subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Refunds are provided on a case-by-case basis.

Usage Limits and Fair Use

Each plan has specific usage limits to ensure fair access for all users. You agree not to:

• Attempt to circumvent rate limits or usage restrictions
• Use automated systems or bots to generate excessive requests
• Share account credentials with others
• Resell or redistribute generated content as a service
• Use the service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose

Intellectual Property

You retain all rights to the content you provide (resumes, job postings, etc.) and the cover letters generated for you. However, by using our service, you grant us:

• The right to process your content to provide the service
• Permission to use aggregated, anonymized data to improve our service

The QuickCover platform, including its design, features, and underlying technology, remains our intellectual property and is protected by copyright and other laws.

Content Accuracy and AI Limitations

QuickCover uses AI to generate cover letters. While we strive for quality, we cannot guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of generated content. You are responsible for reviewing and editing all generated content before use. We are not liable for any outcomes resulting from the use of generated content.

Prohibited Activities

You may not:

• Violate any laws or regulations
• Infringe on intellectual property rights
• Transmit harmful or malicious code
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Interfere with the proper functioning of the service
• Harass, abuse, or harm other users
• Use the service to generate misleading or fraudulent content

Service Availability

We strive to provide reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time without prior notice. We are not liable for any interruption or termination of service.

Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the service will immediately cease. You may also terminate your account at any time through your account settings.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The service is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the service will be error-free or uninterrupted.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, QuickCover shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of the service.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless QuickCover and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising from your violation of these Terms or your use of the service.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes by posting the new Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the service after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the service shall be resolved in the appropriate courts.
